Hi, my name is Jason Long. In 2023, at the end of a multi-year turnaround project on a private equity owned, but mission-driven  business (not a common combination), I knew I wanted to continue doing something meaningful. Over the previous 20 years, during my growth as founder and CEO and through the build and exit of multiple businesses, I had always enjoyed working with founders and C-suite on strategy, growth, goals management and much more. 

After a keynote speech in front of almost 500 CEOs, I was able to ask who was interested in working with me as a business coach. I honored and surprised by how many people said yes. It was a great time to make a shift personally and exit the time-consuming and stressful private equity turnaround space since I had a new baby in the family.

This businss was built to be highly focused on the success of our clients and each coach, including myself, only takes a handful of clients. Personally, I only take 4 clients at any given time, and it’s about the same for everyone else. Additionally, each coach within our group has had multiple successful exits, in some cases huge exits at over a billion dollars.

Business leaders often have a few major issues when they seek our help. So after our deep-dive, which can last between 4 and 24 hours, we focus on the big burning problems. After these have been resolved, we work on implementing effective budgeting and financial management, understanding and writing out the mission, vision, and values of the business, setting the right strategies for long-term growth, goals management, executive KPIs and dashboards, team performance management and HR practices, and more.
